happyhappyhappy

I have been having a lovely time this holiday season. Not much was done before Christmas, but Christmas day itself was fun. I was awakened at 7am by the rest of my family getting up and decided since they were all up, I might as well join them.

I went to the living room and we all opened presents : ) I got an iPod nano, a dress, a couple of CDs and some other nice stuff from my mum and dad, my aunt got me a really good nail art set (that I'm about to use for the first time tonight, once I'm finished here), most of my other family peepz gave me money, except my brothers got me the High School Musical DVD and a new Singstar game and Angelica had given me lots of good hair products, a DVD and a 15 pack of Skips (nomnomnommitynom). My mother, father and I then went down to my gran's and gave her and granpa their presents and sat with them for a wee bit before going back home to get ready for other relatives coming over. They came over about 1pm and we sat down to lunch at about 2pm. It was really yummy - turkey and ham and vegetables and soup and chestnuts and potatoes and all that Christmassy stuff. Relatives only stayed for a few hours then they all went back to their respective homes.

In the evening, I went to Robbie's maw's and gave Robbie what I got him. He got meee grey shoes : D and perfume : D and The Last Kiss DVD : D it was all very nice! His mum gave me some lovely stuff too. We then sat in his wee sister's room and watched my new DVD : D then I went back home about half nine.

On Boxing day, my family went to my aunt's. It was good because I got to walk her dog haha she was walking me, really, but it was so fun. I want a doggy : ( Anyway, we had a yummy lunch there of cauliflower cheese and ham and potatoes and salad and shtuff. Very fancy and home-made. We didn't stay very long and were home at about 4.30pm! Then Robbie came up at about 5pm : ) I don't remember what we did really... Oh! Actually! We played my new Singstar and watched Love Actually. It was nice, and then we went to beddybedbed.

The next day we went into town and looked in the shops. I got new pyjamas with the Superman logo on them that are nice and bluuueee (I needed to buy something blue that day. I still quite feel like buying bluueeee) from Topshop. Then Robbie suggested we go through to Edinburgh, so we went back to mine so I could get my stuff and then to Robbie's maw's to get Robbie's stuff then we got the bus that evening. We watched Match Point and ate spring rolls and it was lovely. We were really tired, so much sleep was had.

The next day (which I think was yesterday), we didn't do much. We played some Virtual Console games and sat about mostly. Sometimes we sat in the kitchen : o Then when we went to bed we watched Before Sunset (the DVD Angelica got me) which was really good! And we also watched Hairspray but turned it off half-way through the last number because I was so tired and we know how it ends anyway haha.

Today we played Call of Duty 4, which was surprisingly fun : P In one match, I was winning at the start!!!!!!! By three kills!!!!!! But then I got pwnd.

ANYWAYZ, now I am home and a bit bored, but going to do my nails. It's weird not being with Robbie : o we've been together so much recently haha. He's so lovely : )

Anyone doing anything for new year?

one weeeeek.

A lot had happened in the past week. Nothing too exciting, but a lot nonetheless.

The Saturday that I posted last on, I phoned Robbie and asked him to come through to go to the cinema with me, but he was still in bed so he invited me to the Edinburgh cinema. I accepted his kind offer, and that evening we went to Edinburgh Cineworld and saw Enchanted. It wasn't as funny as I expected but I still liked it a lot.

That night we watched a film called Sideways about a wine taster guy, and that was quite good, then we slept. The next day was basically a day of lying about, then getting the bus back to Glasgow together then going to bed. I think we were even too tired to watch a film (We tried to watch The Muppets Christmas Carol, if I remember correctly, but quickly gave up and slept).

The next day we got up at 9am : o and were in town for half ten to meet Gavin and Claire (our Fife-ian chums). We had a fun day with them, got a little bit of shopping done (though probably bought more for ourselves than anyone else), went to Pizza Hut and also had pick 'n' mix. It was good, and we had muchoz lolz. Robbie and I then went back to his maw's for a wee while, then Robbie went back to Edi B.

On Tuesday, I went into town with Angelica to collect my tickets for the Hogmanay party and to get a bit more Christmas shopping done. The nice woman at the centre gave me four tickets instead of just two, so I offered two to Angelica. This was the day of the school dance, so that evening I was to be escorted to Alexis's house to hang out with Alexis and Ahad. Alexis's maw picked me up at about eleven and then we all cooled it up at Alexis's house. It was good fun, we did some fake modelling and played Pokemon Stadium and had general roflz. In the morning I had a missed call from Robbie. Turned out he was in Glasgow doing his Christmas shopping with Alex, so I met up with him later that afternoon and we went to the cinema. We saw Hitman which I'd already seen but quite liked cause it was short and funny. Robbie went back home that evening and I went home and slept, or something.

Thursday was a nothing day. I didn't leave the house, and just lazed about in joggies all day.

Friday was cinema day, but the only people who actually turned up were Robbie, Alex, Lloyd and myself. It was still good though. We saw Enchanted and I liked it even more this time! I couldn't stop laughing at the bit where everyone in the park is singing. It was hilarious.

After the film, there wasn't much to do. We looked around John Lewis then all got the bus home (the subway was packed!). Robbie and I went to Robbie's maw's where we sat watching TV for a few hours and had yummy dinner : ) (baked potato with cheese and beanzzz. Robbie had sausagezzz.) We could have stayed at his mum's, but decided to just come back to mine. I don't think we did much once we were back here. I don't remember. We watched Get a Clue which is a Lindsay Lohan Disney movie. It was alright.

The next day, we went shopping on Byres Road and had a really fun day actually : ) When we went to Iceland to buy dinner, we bumped into Dave (SHOUT OUT TO DAVE) and his paaaalio Sophie (who seems lovelyyy) and chatted briefly to them. We then went and got pizza, garlic mushrooms and Smiles for dinner. We also bought crisps and juice. We then went home and cooked le food. Once it was cooked we played Singstar and ATE THE FOOD. We could only play for an hour and a bit though, cause my brothers wanted to watch a film at half nine. After that it was basically shower, watch TV and sit aboot, the usual shizzle. We didn't watch a film last night (as far as I can remember) although we watched some Scrubs and some South Park.

THIS MORNING Robbie and I got up about half twelve and got ready to go to my gran's. We went down with my mum and brothers and when we got there my auntie was there with her new doggy. It's SO CUTE!!! It looks like it's smiling sometimes : ) I'll take a photo of it next time I see it (probably boxing day). So we chatted and petted the dog a bit and then we shopped on Byres Road some more. We both finished our Christmas shopping : D!!!!!!!!!!!!! then came back to mine to finish wrapping our last purchases.

Now Robbie is at his maw's and I am bored. Excited though, cause tomorrow is Christmas Eve!!! Don't know what I'll do tomorrow, but hopefully find something to pass the time.

That's all for now. Probably no more posts until after Christmas : o
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL.

lest one stayndin' (8)

no one updates their blog anymore. I do. But mine is boring : (

I'm bored today. I wonder if anyone would like to do anything. I think all of my friends already have plans/are ill. I don't want to be in all day on a Saturday! I dunno, maybe the maw will go shopping with me when she's back from her current outing.

I don't feel entirely well today, but I'm really not one of those people who lets it stop them doing stuff (except work ahahaha) unless it's like proper BLEAGEAGHEAGGHHAEHEHEHHH. And I'm not like that just now.

I want to go to the cinema today. Some old people from school were going today, but they didn't give me the details until 10am and I was still in bed. They were meeting at eleven (nowish) and I couldn't be bothered rushing out. No one else will go today, probz : /

I'm just looking at UB40 on their website just now; seeing which ones were band members. I seem to remember Ali being particularly nice when he came in, now that I look at their faces. I don't know though, they all seemed nice enough. It was so funny, the stuff people hand in to be handed to the band, reasons why they have to meet them or what they want them to say. Don't bother giving letters in for the band, they just get laughed at by everyone behind the scenes <.<; well... me, anyway.

SO BORED. I am actually just typing as I think. I wish Robbie was coming up today because I'M BORED. I wish he was at least online so I could tell him how bored I am. The only people online are Alex and Lloyd, and I suspect Alex isn't even actually there. This is what happens when you cut down a hefty massive contact list to just 66 peepz : o

I saw Chris and Lloyd yesterday actually, when I walked Debbie up to the school. We chatted for a half hour or so and maybe we'll all go to the cinema next Friday : D cinemaaaaaa. We wanted to see 'Codename: The Cleaner' but it doesn't appear to be on any more.

OH! jinglebawsjinglebawsjinglebawbawbaw. Nahh, I actually had a reason for my "OH!" because I remembered something! My aunt got a doggy! WHY CAN SHE HAVE A DOGGY AND I CAN'T?!?!?! Just because she lives in the country fs...

Anyway, apparently it's a collie cross and she's bringing it up tomorrow : D and she's bringing it for Christmas too! I can't wait to see it : ) I wuv dogs. I hope the cats aren't too horrified, but apparently she gets on with cats. Maybe I'll get to walk her : D : D Haha, probably not.

Just got another text about the cinema. I do want to go, but I don't want to rush to get ready and get into town. I feel quite deflated at the moment. It's probably the sad Christmas songs playing from this machine that my parents put on. I don't want to turn them off though, cause then the house will be silent and I will be rather lonely.

: ( loneleeee.

party party getting up early.

I should stop staying out late and then getting up the next day.

So this has been a busy week. I forget what happened on Monday. Probably nothing. Yes, nothing. On Tuesday night I went to the school show with Michelle. It was shite-not worth the £3 entry fee. Everyone in it did well, but it was only an hour and a half and I felt robbed. I got home just after nine, I think, after waiting at the bus stop with Michelle.

Wednesday was the fashion show at Hyndland. It was cool, I saw Rosie and that was nice. The fashion was pretty good, especially some of the stuff the students made themselves. We got a free glass of Cava as well, so Angelica and I sat sipping it poshly in the second-to-front row. The woman in front of us was the dance coordinater, and she kept DANCING and trying to show them and remind them what they were to do. I wanted to smack her over the head with my wine glass. I controlled myself. After the show, Angelica and I went up to Philadelphia (We're regulars now : ) the guy is like our best friend. He gave us an added chip.) and had pizza and chips and shizz. We sat across the road from the chippy, munchin' and being too cold and (in Angelica's case) too blistery of the feet to move. I got in at about quarter past eleven.

YESTERDAY was "amaaaaazing". I was rudely awakened at 9am because the maw had finally found out when I was to go to the SECC. I was to go whenever I was ready, basically. So the maw and I got a taxi there and Jimmy came and met us : ) My maw then retreated back home while I was shown to the people who would be looking after me that day. The production assistant was called Bianca and she was awesome : ) we had a really fun time (although very boring at times). It was a very slow day, apparently, but it went by fairly quickly.

The catering was wonderful though. For lunch, I had spicy carrot soup and a macaroni pie and this other thing but it was cold, so I discarded it. Lunch's dessert was a scone with cream and jam and an eclair (and a couple of sweeties but they don't count). Dinner was at six. It was "amaaaaaazing!"! They come to you while you're sitting down and ask what you want, from a wee menu! There was salmon linguini, beef curry that I have forgotten the posh name for, chicken in wild mushroom sauce with potatoes or vegetable tempura. I had the chicken.

It was "amaaaaazing". The dessert was awesome too. I had banana and toffee pudding with lots of fruit thrown on and then I was so intrigued by the other "Summer" pudding that I tried some of that too, but Craig, my pally at lunchtime, and I both agreed that it was not up to much. It just tasted like sweet bread.

Anyway, at about dinner time the support band showed up, which was Maxi Priest. Nobody seemed to like them much, and their manager was hilarious. He was a huge black guy with dreads and glasses who spoke in a slow, deep southern accent and said things like "That's wicked man, wicked...". Fun guy, maaan. So the support band rofled it up at about 7.30 til 8.40, then just as the band were finishing up UB40 finally trooped in (although one of them had fallen asleep on the bus ride from the hotel and had to be driven back to the SECC when the chauffeur found him) and said their hellos. To be honest, I wasn't entirely sure which ones were band and which were just security. I had an idea though. They seemed nice enough though.

When they went on, Bianca and I watched them for about ten minutes at the beginning, but it was a bit boring and we were tired, so we just went back to the office and sat about watching TV and looking at stuff on Google Earth.

I got my dad to come for me at about tenish, cause I knew UB40 were on until eleven, and I couldn't be bothered sitting about any more. Jimmy gave me some money which was really nice of him because I really don't think I deserved it! I only did about three tasks over the whole 12 hours! I did want to help, but there was really nothing to do that day. I said goodbye to Bianca : ( and bye to Jimmy and then trooped off home.

It was well good : D I saw the big buses that they travel in, and they're gorgeous! Leather sofas downstairs with a big TV, twelve beds upstairs and a wee lounge with another TV and sofas all around the wall. Beautiful, but as Bianca said, very stuffy when there's eleven or twelve people travelling in it. I had such a fun time seeing all the stuff getting done though! I definitely hope I get to do something like it again.

Oh, the "it's amaaaazing" thing was something they'd all picked up from the American leg of the tour and heavy kept saying. Quite the lol.

This morning Debbie was up for a wee bit and we were chattin' and then I walked her up tae schoolio. Now I am bored, and trying to Christmas shop online, but need to ask the maw about using her card firstly. I hope she says it's okay, cause I really need to : /

WORLD PEACE.
x!

swings and roundabouts!

I had a lovely weekend with Robbie. We watched Freaky Friday and Ghostbusters (except I kinda fell asleep during Ghostbusters, but it was quite good too). It was nice : ) We also played some games on the Wii and shtuff. And we had Chinese for dinner, which is always good!

Anyways, came home on Saturday night and watched some TV and stuff then slept. Yesterday I got some Christmas shopping in with Angelica, except I didn't really get any presents for anyone. It was fun though. Came home in the afternoon and felt like it must be evening, but it was only about 3pm. That's what you get for getting up early, huh? I'm not used to getting up early any more... haha.

Today was boring. I was so bored I went to the shops and got some presents for people then came back home and sat about some more. I caught a film on Channel 5 called I'll Be Home For Christmas which was sweet, kind of, and I enjoyed it.

Tomorrow, Edith and I are gonna hang out then hopefully go to the school concert in the evening. Should be fun : )

Anyway, I'm a boring ol' bawbag. There's more I could talk about, more serious matters I could mention but they're not that serious and I really cannot be bothaaah'd.

So catch matez, I'm really rather tired *narco*

whaaaaaale.

*whale noises*

*whale flailing*

*marooooooooooo rooooooooo mrarroorooooooooooo*

Ich bin whale.

Anyway, enough whaling around (aaaaaaahahahahaha omg AHAHAHAHAHA), I am bored. obv.

In just over an hour, I'm going into town to get the bus to Edinburgh. I want to get the 3.45 bus, but I also want to ask some stuff at the wee ticket booth bit first, about discounts and all dat.

Yesterday, Michelle and I saw Hitman. It's actually pretty good. I didn't think I'd like it, but I kind of did. We got some shopping in too, which was good : ) My Christmas shopping will soon be complete, I think. Wednesday night was "omg coming oot fer pizza" night. As in, Angelica phoned me at half nine to ask this important question. Obviously, I accepted her offer. It was yummy. The day before we had pizza too. That's almost shocking.

No pizza today, I hope.

I'm not sure if what I'm wearing is nice enough... I feel a bit... weirdly dressed. That would be because I am. I think I'll be cold too, which is gay, but I can't be bothered changing. Yesterday Michelle told me I looked shattered. This confuses me, because whyyyy do I always look tired?!

I can't be bothered with this anymore, I have stuff to do.

*headdesk*

NOFD80H593H504689HG3P6 I HATE JOB HUNTING.

So, I applied to this marketing company online right? And they replied : ) BUT they said I needed to be over-18 to work for them. They said they'd keep my file though, and I'm really happy that they replied at all, because most people just don't...

But still, my mum said the reason most people won't employ me is probably because of my age. Maybe it's just because I'm shite, I don't know.

Maroon 5 was really good : ) there's loads of photos from it on my Bebo, if you wish to take a swatch. Dashboard Confessional were really good too. It was so funny, we were like "omg they're so good we love them" and then the guy was like "I wrote this one while I was in prison"

...

Yeah.

So yes, that was me, Debbie, Angelica and Alexis. It was GOOOOOD.
On Wednesday, however, I seem to recall doing nothing. How to Look Good Naked and The Love Trap were both good though.

On Thuuuursday, I went to Interfest with Debbie, Jamie and Umar, then Kate joined us when we were there : D It was pretty fun, although some of the acts suck'ddd. Saw a few people I hadn't seen in a while and got lots of hugs though, which was niiice. I drank a lot of energy juice though, which is probably what made me ill (and act slightly like a junkie on the night).

Friday... Oh, I went up to Debbie's and we watched Serendipity. It's quite good, but not as sad as I expected. That was good : D We got a hefto munch from Tesco. Nomnomnom. The doughnuts from there are amazing btw! I think that was also the morning that Angelica randomly came up. I phoned her and she was like "I'm just outside your house, hold on".

Haha I love it when people unexpectedly come over. It's lovely.

ANYWAY, yesterday was interesting. My mum's friend came up (or rather... down, I think... I'm not sure where she stays...) and we went shopping on Byres Road. I did some Christmas shopping and zee like, then we went for coffee in Patisserie Francois. I had hot chocolate and a chocolate brownie, which I soon realised was far too much chocolate. It was nice though. Then, my mum's friend went home. Mum and me went out to the shops again later to try and find my magazine (and batteries and stuff) but they didn't have it anywhere : ( and they stopped my file in the newsagents. LOL.

Mum bought me Soothers from Boots. 2 packets for 60p : o that is such a deal btw, cause they're like, more than 60p in the newsagent for just one packet!

Anyway, I am aware that I am now talking rubbish. Robbie is meant to be coming up today. I don't know when. Quite soon, I hope, because I'm rather bored.
