And I don't know... I don't know what he's after. But he's so beautiful, such a beautiful disaster. And if I could hold on through the tears and the laughter, would it be beautiful or just a beautiful disaster?Omg she's so awesome : ) When I saw her live she sang that one a capella and it was so lovely. I like the music in it too though. Rawrwuawrwuawaauuurr. Anywayz, enough about Kelly Clarkson o.O...
I got my kitten on Saturday. He's small and cute and fluffy. He likes company too much though, and when he's left alone he meeeeews a lot. I tried to have a shower today but he was so annoyed at me for locking the bathroom door that he just... mewed. A lot. So I had to let him in and he nearly drowned. Well, not really, but he did try to get under the shower.
Crazy kitten. I have only just come up with a name for him this morning. He shall be named Indiana Jones : D cause he likes exploring and running about and like, running about with expensive jewels and all that.
American Hi-Fi have just come on my iTunes. They're fun, maaaan, and their song
The Art of Losing has been used in so many films and trailers and stuff. On Wikipedia it says:
"
It has appeared in the movies Freaky Friday and American Wedding and on one episode of Malcolm in the Middle. It is used in trailers for the new film Hot Rod."
but I'm sure it's been in a lot more trailers than that, because I'm sure it was in two trailers when Robbie and I were in the cinema yesterday.
Which leads nicely on to Robbie staying over : ) On Sunday afternoon I got him from the bus station and then we went and saw
Disturbia which was so horrible! It was an alright film, not boring or anything, but there was so many nasty bits with dead people and stuff : ( don't lyk scary filmz... But after that, we saw
Run, Fatboy, Run which was funny, but seemed pretty long. I liked it though, and the ending was nice. After that we went back to mine and played with the kitten. The kitten was acting like a wee tough guy in front of Robbie haha because it was a lot more active for a lot longer than it usually is. He seemed to really like Robbie : D
Anyways, we basically just lazed about then watched about six episodes of
Scrubs. Hahaha that show is da bizniz.
"Are you getting thicker? You feel thicker."
I am going to hear that a lot from now on. Hurhurhur : |
Anyways, then we slept and then in the morning I dragged Robbie to the dentist with me and I got a minor... filling thingy. And then we had Greggs and that was very yummy. Then we lazed about again (we're lazy people) and eventually walked (healthy, lazy people?) into town and went back to the cinema and saw
Knocked Up which was pretty funny, and a good film. Then Robbie had to go home : ( so we rushed to da bus station and Robbie got on da bus and I said byebye.
Today there was a tip for me in the newsagent's! Can you believe it?! Someone I deliver papers to thinks I'm worthy of a tip. Yay : ) Was so happy about that. Unfortunately, though, Indie has been sneezing a lot the past couple days, so we have to take him to the vet tonight. Hope he's okay!
This post feels very long. Zoned out there and started watching Theo looking about. It was interesting. Not really. Theo's cute though.
Hopefully seeing Debbie or Angelica tomorrow. Oh, oh, I nearly forgot. My aunt's boyfriend has offered me a job! It's an absolutely amazing job as the production assistant on UB40's tour across Hawaii, Australasia and possibly South and North America. All flights are paid for and you get given a daily allowance for food and living expenses, and obviously they pay for accommodation. The pay is also about five times what you would make working full-time in a shop. It's an amazing opportunity. But... I get so sick on planes. It's worrying. Don't know what to do. I don't know if it's crazy of me to actually have to think really hard about this, but I am going to think about it a lot.
Anyway, any helpful comments (or just pointless ones) would be appreciated.
